Materials Required

Sample Tube (blood or saliva):
Use the tubes provided in the
sample kit.

Primary Container: Sample tube.

Secondary Container: Leakproof bag (ziplock).

Tertiary Container: Rigid cardboard box (the test kit box).

Shipping Preparation

Primary Packaging: Place the sample in the tube and seal it correctly.

Secondary Packaging: Place the tube inside a sealed bag or secondary container.

Tertiary Packaging: Place the sample in a rigid box (e.g., the test kit box) or an insulated box if temperature control is needed.

Gel Packs: Use gel packs to maintain the sample’s temperature, if required.

Labeling

Include the sender’s and recipient’s information.

Attach a “FRAGILE” or “HANDLE WITH CARE” label.

Add specific handling instructions if necessary.
